Project Manager Live Stream

As Project Manager (Live Stream), you’ll join the Operations team in delivering great fan experiences for our gaming communities, on behalf of our clients or by our own initiative. You will develop and lead major gaming events for the biggest TCG (trading-card-games) brands in the world, handle live streams in-person and remotely, and coordinate with all stakeholders. While doing so, you remain a reliable and approachable partner for your client.

YOUR MAIN TASKS

Project Management

  • You manage the entire lifecycle of live stream projects, both at events and remotely, ensuring all key milestones and deadlines are met in line with the KPIs agreed with the client.
  • You are responsible for budget management, ensuring that costs related to live streaming, talent, content creation, and technical setup are controlled and communicated effectively to both the client and Operations Director.
  • You are responsible for the smooth production and coordination of product demo booths, tournaments, meetings, and sales booths.
  • You oversee logistical planning, crew scheduling, and coordination for live streams, making sure all team members and resources are aligned and ready for event day.
  • You manage all aspects of the show planning, ensuring the seamless integration of technical requirements, content creation, sponsor messaging, and production flow.
  • You act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including talent, content creators, sponsors, technical partners, clients, and event organisers, ensuring clear communication throughout the project.

Content & Asset Management

  • You coordinate the development and management of all assets (graphics, overlays, intros, etc.) for the live stream, working closely with design and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality visuals.
  • You collaborate with talent and content creators to plan engaging content, including scripting, run-of-show, and interactive segments that align with the event's objectives and audience expectations.
  • You ensure that sponsors’ requirements are integrated into the stream, managing sponsor branding, ad placements, and other promotional elements.

Technical Oversight

  • You work closely with technical partners to plan and execute the live streaming setup, including camera angles, lighting, audio, and internet connectivity, ensuring a flawless broadcast experience.
  • You manage the integration of streaming software (e.g., OBS) and other relevant technical tools, ensuring that the stream is of the highest quality and runs without interruptions.
  • You are responsible for troubleshooting any technical issues that arise during the live stream, coordinating with technical teams to resolve them quickly and efficiently.

On-Site & Remote Coordination

  • You coordinate on-site logistics for live streams at events, including setup, testing, and tear-down of equipment, as well as managing remote live streams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • You oversee the live stream production team on-site, ensuring that all technical, content, and logistical elements come together seamlessly on event days.
  • You ensure that safety protocols and procedures are followed during live stream setups, especially for on-site productions.

Post-Event & Evaluation

  • You conduct post-stream evaluations with the internal team, client, and talent, reviewing performance metrics, viewer feedback, and technical execution to identify areas for improvement.
  • You ensure proper archiving and distribution of recorded streams, making them available for post-event usage, such as promotional highlights or sponsor deliverables.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • You stay up-to-date with the latest trends in live streaming, live stream culture, and streaming technology, proposing innovative ideas to improve the overall quality and engagement of future streams.
  • You work with internal teams to test and implement new streaming tools, features, and content formats that enhance viewer experience and interaction.

  • You have experience in project management and/or event management.

  • You have experience with live streaming, are familiar with live streaming culture and its community, and have a basic understanding of streaming software such as OBS.
  • You have experience with working with budgets.
  • You have experience with communicating with (international) clients.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, SketchUp, AutoCad, Rentman, … is a plus.
  • Working experience in the gaming industry is beneficial but not essential.
  • An interest in gaming (competitive and/or trading card game collections) is a nice to have.
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written), other languages are a plus.
  • Category B driving license is nice to have.
