Join our Operations team as Event Production Expert and help bring Fanfinity's events to life. From planning and logistics to on-site coordination, you ensure every event is delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
As Event Production Expert, you are responsible for the technical preparation and execution of our B2C and B2B events. You oversee event production from planning to aftercare, coordinating suppliers, venues, materials, and production teams. With a strong eye for detail and excellent organizational skills, you ensure every event is built on time, runs smoothly, and is dismantled efficiently.
This position requires regular travel to international events.

Based in Belgium. While remot work will be possible, regular presence at our office in Nazareth-De Pinte is expected.
