YOUR TASKS

Finance

• Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents,
• Prepare and dispatch invoices,
• Debtor management,
• Assist in complying with tax regulations and obligations.

Accounting

• Keep track of all incoming & outgoing invoices and oversee the creditors and debtors balance sheet,
• Ensure our financial records are up to date and work closely with project managers to ensure project records match accounting,
• Process all financial transactions and process all payments quickly, efficiently and correctly,
• Support our external accountant in submitting VAT returns by providing all needed documents,
• Act as point of contact at Fanfinity for our external accountant and VAT consultants, reporting directly to CFO & CEO,
• Make financial reports & projections.

Controlling

• Coordinate with Project Managers to manage budget closures, 
• Ensure that Project Managers deliver all documents to financially close budgets, 
• Ensure that budget numbers and accounting numbers match.
