Program Manager Pokémon

As Program Manager for Pokémon, you act as the central link between The Pokémon Company International and Fanfinity’s internal teams. You represent both the client’s expectations and Fanfinity’s own strategic goals, ensuring that each program is developed and executed in a way that aligns with our values, targets, and budgets.

YOUR ROLE

As Program Manager for Pokémon, you act as the central link between The Pokémon Company International (TPCi) and Fanfinity’s internal teams. You represent both the client’s expectations and Fanfinity’s own strategic goals, ensuring that each program is developed and executed in a way that aligns with our values, targets, and budgets. You combine coordination, communication, and analytical insight to oversee the full lifecycle of initiatives such as store programs, product campaigns, and large-scale events.

With a strong understanding of both client and sponsor requirements and Fanfinity’s business objectives, you maintain a holistic view of each project to guarantee consistency, efficiency, and successful delivery. As TPCi consists of several different departments who are potential or current clients for Fanfinity, it’s your role to build and maintain a relationship with them in order to maximise our reach and business with TPCi.

TASKS

Program Design & Set-Up: Lead the end-to-end design of Pokémon programs. Define concept, structure, and strategic positioning. Determine key elements such as target audiences, event formats, pricing, geographic spread, and overall value proposition. Ensure each program aligns with both Fanfinity’s goals (risk budget, targets, brand) and the sponsor’s expectations.

Program Coordination: ‍Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of all Pokémon programs, including store initiatives, product launches, and related logistics.

Commercial Responsibility: ‍Lead pitches and quotes & follow upon commercial budgets.

Client Relationship Management: ‍Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring clear and timely communication about program objectives, announcements, and expectations.

Internal Alignment & Follow-up: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth implementation of all program components and deadlines. 

Content & Communication: Provide and manage content related to Pokémon programs such as event formats, product descriptions, and campaign details. Ensure that internal and external platforms (including websites)are up to date.

Reporting & Analysis: Evaluate program performance through sales results, ticket data, and feedback. Identify key learnings, report outcomes, and recommend improvements for future activations.

Product Oversight: Maintain a comprehensive overview of all Pokémon products and related activities, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with broader strategic goals.

Execution Excellence: Ensure that all deliverables toward the client and participating stores are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with brand and quality standards.
