The Project Manager Conventions is responsible for delivering successful trade show participations that meet client, fan, and Fanfinity's expectations, within agreed timelines and budgets. They combine creative expertise in designing creative exhibition stands with strong organisational skills to coordinate logistics and team members on-site.

YOUR ROLE

The Project Manager Conventions is responsible for delivering successful trade show participations that meet client, fan, and Fanfinity's expectations, within agreed timelines and budgets. They combine creative expertise in concepting creative exhibition stands with strong organisational skills to coordinate logistics and team members on-site.

By maintaining full oversight of the project and delegating tasks to operational experts, the you ensure seamless execution. Through the delivery of impactful and profitable convention projects, you contribute to brand visibility, customer engagement, and the overall success of Fanfinity

YOUR TASKS

  • Manage the trade show project from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines are met and deliverables meet client, visitor, and Fanfinity expectations,
  • Collaborate with the client to define project goals, creative direction, and success criteria,
  • Maintain a positive and productive relationship with the client,
  • Manage and control the project budget, including cost-tracking, logistics, and on-site staffing,
  • Report project status and key milestones to the Operations Director,
  • Coordinate procurement and approvals for materials, services, and invoices; ensure accuracy of invoices and proper allocation of PO numbers to Finance.
  • Inform the client of all project developments and changes. You are the single point of contact (SPOC),
  • Inform internal teams and supporting departments about rpoject updates, changes, and requirements,
  • Oversee the on-site setup and dismantling of exhibition stands, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications,
  • Delegate tasks effectively within the operations team, ensuring smooth coordination between all teams.

YOUR PROFILE

Professional Experience

  • 2+ years experience in gaming or eventindustry
  • Experience with managing budgets

Education

  • Bachelor event management

Knowledge

  • Languages: English, other languages are aplus
  • IT: Slack, Google Workspace, Spreadsheets
  • Game industry & community knowledge
  • Basic financial understanding
