YOUR ROLE

The Project Manager Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects within Fanfinity by providing oversight & operational coordination. The Lead supports, guides and coaches the project managers in delivering high-quality, profitable solutions that meet client expectations. By maintaining a clear helicopter view across all ongoing service requests, the Project Manager Lead ensures consistent quality, aligned processes and an exceptional client experience while contributing to the profitability and operational excellence of Fanfinity.

YOUR TASKS

·        Lead, mentor and support the Project Manager team, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to strengthen performance and professional growth.

·        Monitor workload distribution across the team and allocate projects based on competencies, experience and availability.

·        Facilitate strong team communication and alignment by creating structure, routines and clear expectations, in combo with the Operations Director.

·        Act as a point of escalation for project managers when facing challenges with clients, suppliers or internal processes.

·        Lead by example by upholding Fanfinity’s values,quality standards and operational guidelines.

·        Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools and cross-team collaboration.

·        Collaborate with Expert Teams to refine internal processes for logistics, event production, branding, hospitality and event operations.

·        Contribute to innovation by presenting new ideas, tools or methods that strengthen efficiency and client satisfaction.

·        Support the Operations Director in strategic planning and developing scalable project management frameworks.

·        Ensure proper documentation and reporting of al lservice requests, maintaining high standards of transparency and traceability.

WHAT YOU BRING

Education

·        Bachelor in Event Management

·        Bachelor in Business Management

·        Equal by experience

Knowledge

·        Languages: English, other languages are a plus

·        IT: Slack, Google Workspace, Spreadsheets

The successful candidate must be based in Belgium. While remote work will be possible, regular presence at our office in Nazareth-De Pinte is expected.
