YOUR ROLE

As Warehouse Lead, you are responsible for the efficient management ofthe warehouse and the smooth flow of event materials. You combine hands-onwarehouse work with the coordination of a small logistics team.

You work closely with Project Managers, Product and Event Production,keeping everyone aligned with priorities, availability, and capacity.

YOUR TASKS

• Coordinate the warehouse team: You lead a team of 3 employees, create the planning and divide tasks to ensure the daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage warehouse operations: You manage the flow of event materials from receiving and storage to picking, packing and shipping. You keep the warehouse safe and organized, use space efficiently, and ensure accurate inventory across both systems. When discrepancies arise, you investigate the cause and ensure accurate stock information at all times.
• Prepare materials for events: You align requirements and deadlines with Project Managers, Product and Event Production. You pick, pack and check materials against agreed lists, ensuring everything is complete and ready for dispatch. You inspect materials, handle practical repairs where possible, and flag shortages or defects.
• Coordinate logistics: You coordinate pick-ups, deliveries and shipping documents with logistics partners and drivers. You oversee and actively support loading and unloading, including moving pallets and loading or unloading containers. You follow up on delays and delivery confirmations.
• Keep supplies on track: You monitor stock levels of consumables, order additional supplies when needed, and communicate shortages or specific needs to the relevant colleagues.
•  Improve efficiency: You continuously look for ways to improve warehouse organization, planning, and logistics processes. You make practical improvements to layout, labelling, and checks, while keeping work instructions clear and easy for colleagues to follow.
