Fanfinity has experienced an immense growth in 2025: many new colleagues joined us, we moved to a 1,200sqm new HQ a few months ago, and we’ve been trusted with plenty of new projects. As we continue to grow, we took the next logical step in the professionalisation of our team and company.
We are excited to announce the addition of Ruben Vos to our team, who joins us as Managing Director. With a strong background in Marketing and, most recently, his experience as Chief Operating Officer of a people agency in the events services industry, Ruben brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to Fanfinity. In his role as Managing Director, Ruben will take over the day to day management of the company, which previously were overseen by our founder Wouter Maenhaut (CEO). Alleviating this workload will allow Wouter to dedicate even more focus on expanding our fast-growing company, thereby facilitating our continued, strategic, sustainable expansion.
Wouter will continue to be actively involved in key commercial activities and maintain close relationships with clients, project managers, and commercial partners.
While Ruben will manage the company's operations, I'll continue driving us forward in carrying out our mission of empowering gaming culture, by developing new innovations and services which our clients and communities can benefit from.

2026 is shaping up to be an incredible year for us, promising further growth and new projects, those announced and those we are almost ready to share with you. We are more focused than ever on empowering gaming culture and advancing our mission to create meaningful fan experiences.
As a Managing Director, Ruben will be focusing on the day-to-day management and strengthening the stability and quality of our team. This includes getting to know our clients and partners, and learning about all of our projects and collaborations with you. Ruben’s arrival, however, will not change your existing contact person/people at Fanfinity.
Wouter Maenhaut (CEO) and Peter Frottier (Commercial Director) will remain as your contact for all communication, our dedicated Project Managers are still your regular point of contact for all project-related inquiries; your contacts with Fanfinity are unchanged.
I’m excited to meet all of our clients in person at our upcoming 2026 events. I look forward to learning about their needs firsthand so we can continue to grow our team in ways that support them even better.
