
Over the last years, we have experienced tremendous growth. We welcomed many new colleagues across Europe, expanded our offices, and added new games and projects to our portfolio - and underwent a huge rebrand. We even won an award recognising our international growth. In 2026, we are now taking the next steps to further facilitate our growth trajectory: we are advancing our technological foundation with an internal CMS platform and an external ticket and convention experience platform for our players.
Last year we kicked off my.fanfinity.gg, our ticketing platform and convention management tool. Rolling out my.fanfinity was the next logical step in our growth as leading TCG tournament organiser in Europe. With an increasing number of games and events we have been hosting - all of which come with specific needs that we could not meet by using external platforms solely focused on ticketing - we took the initiative to build a tailored platform.
my.fanfinity.gg is a holistic approach to event management that accounts for the entire convention experience for attendees, from registration, to badge- and goodie pickup, events participation, and prizes. The website compiles all tournament administration in one; a place where players can sign up with their account, buy tickets for multiple tournaments at our events, and link their accounts to family members for an overall smoother ticket purchasing experience. During the event, players can easily manage their next tournament entries and plan how they will use their winnings at our prize wall.
With full control over the system, we are flexible to make changes where needed and implement adaptations to facilitate specific events-needs. Thanks to constant improvements, my.fanfinity.gg is now resilient to high traffic facilitating thousands of tickets being sold in mere minutes. In one year, we have now completed ticket sales for over 25 shows with a total of 100,000 registrations across 1000 tournaments.
With many more events on the horizon - including an incredibly busy month of May - we are excited to see the opportunities my.fanfinity will bring.
To support our rapid growth, we have started moving our tech foundation with the introduction of Fanfinity CORE this January. Fanfinity Core centralises the vast amount of information and workflows we work with in the Airtable environment. Airtable is a customisable CRM and project management environment that enables us to structure and share information and data effectively and create consistent work- and communication flows. With custom interfaces and automations, we are integrating our tech stack, enabling us to leverage data more easily and overall further improve for our team across Europe.
We’re incredibly excited about the implementation of Fanfinity CORE and to explore its endless possibilities as we continuously evolve this space. With a growing, partly remote, team and an increasing number of clients and projects, Fanfinity CORE will provide a flexible environment across our teams to organise information, create a clear flow of information, and learn from collected data.
