We are excited to welcome our new Operations Director, Bram Eylenbosch! Bram brings experience across gaming, events, and brand experiences, combining strategy and business development with hands-on project delivery. With his background shaped by various experiences, he will support our team's operational excellence during our next stage of growth.
As the new Operations Director joining, I want to understand what already works and support our team where needed, to make collaboration easier and help the company grow while protecting creativity, expertise, and the care that make our events so meaningful.

As Fanfinity takes on more projects and expands its teams, clear ownership, reliable handovers, and timely visibility on budgets, suppliers and priorities become increasingly important. As Operations Director, Bram will help teams build more consistency around those basics while protecting the flexibility that live events require. He will work closely with our Management, Team Leads, and Expert Teams to make ownership clearer, collaboration easier and project information more reliable - and ensure our processes evolve alongside our growth.
What appeals to me about Fanfinity is the combination of strong communities, games people genuinely care about, and the work behind the scenes that brings those experiences to life. Every event that looks effortless is powered by a team doing a considerable amount of work. I'm looking forward to learning from that team and helping make the machinery behind it a little smoother.

In the upcoming period, we will introduce Bram to all facettes of Fanfinity. He will get to know the people, projects, and tools behind Fanfinity's work. His starting point is to understand how our teams work today, what already works well, and to identify where greater clarity or structure could help. We are looking forward to seeing his impact and can’t wait to share more about our future plans in the near future.
