One more double-event weekend for this year - and it’s a big one. We are on our way to France and Germany for two standout events: the Flesh and Blood World Championship and the first-ever Riftbound Regional Championship.
So far, we have organised 4 Riftbound Regional Qualifiers and it has been an incredible start to the competitive circuit of the rapidly growing TCG based on League of Legends by Riot Games and its world set in Runterra. From our first RQ in Bologna, to Lille, Barcelona, and Utrecht, we’ve traveled all across Europe organising the European Regional Qualifiers - all leading to this: the first-ever Riftbound Regional Championship at Messe Stuttgart in Germany.
The event promises to be one of the standout events of the year. Expectations are high - and so is the excitement. Riftbound and League of Legends fans alike are expected to show up in masses, competitive players aim to qualify for the first Riftbound World Championship, and content creators from all over the world are coming to Germany to witness this flagship event. In total, we are expecting an incredible 4500 attendees - and we can’t wait to welcome them. Next to many new activities added to the event experience, we are beyond excited for everyone to see an incredible feature match stage.
The pinnacle of FaB competitive play and the most prestigious competition of the year is here. After Flesh and Blood events in Hamburg, Bilbao, and Prague, we are ready for the biggest FaB event in Europe. We will welcome the top Flesh and Blood player to crown the best in the world in Paris. This will be the second Flesh and Blood World Championship hosted by us after the 2023 edition in Barcelona.
Next to the World Championship, there will be two more competitive events, the Calling and the Showdown - the former has sold out quickly, the latter is on its way too. In total, all three events culminate in an over $400,000 prize pool! With as much competition as Paris will host, we will definitely not run out of action all event long. And should there be a quiet moment, there will still be an incredible roster of artists showcasing their work. We can’t wait to welcome players and FaB fans at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.
After a record-breaking year, the team heads out once more for a big weekend. We’re proud of our incredible work all year round and can’t wait to get the shows running.
